Hours: Days based role

Pay Rate: ?32,000 - ?40,000

We are currently recruiting for a CNC Miller Programmer for our client in Leighton Buzzard. They are a trusted name in high-precision engineering, delivering exceptional CNC machining and manufacturing solutions. With a commitment to quality, accuracy, and innovation, they specialise in producing complex components to exact specifications for a range of industries.

Job responsibilities:

• Operate Haas & Hurco CNC milling machinery
• Program own work using OneCNC
• Experience in small batch work and complex parts
• Work with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Read and interpret drawings
• Prove programs using OneCNC
• Work efficiently under tight deadlines
• Collaborate as part of a team and use initiative

Candidate requirements:

• Experience with aerospace industry and exotic materials preferred
• Experience on 5-axis machinery required
• CNC turning capabilities desired but not essential
• Knowledge of Fanuc and/or Siemens controls
• Offline programming experience, preferably with OneCNC
• Good communication skills
