Job responsibilities:

• Program, set, and operate CNC milling machines, ensuring safety and operational standards
• Read and interpret technical drawings and CAD files
• Set up tooling and fixtures, including installing cutting tools
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy using measuring instruments
• Collaborate with team members to optimise production processes
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace

Candidate requirements:

• Understanding of Heidenhain and Siemens Controls
• Experience with CNC machining centres
• Strong basic mathematics skills for measurements and calculations
• Familiarity with materials handling in manufacturing
• Knowledge of tooling requirements; toolmaking is advantageous
• Keen eye for detail and commitment to precision
