Job summary

Vibe Recruit is recruiting a CNC Miller / Setter Operator for a Warwick-based manufacturing business. The role involves setting and operating CNC milling machines from engineering drawings to produce precision components on the fixed afternoon shift.

Offering a salary up to £39,507 per annum including shift allowance, with a permanent full-time contract and a dedicated afternoon schedule. This position provides opportunities to develop CNC machining skills within an established environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a CNC Miller / Setter Operator.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• Experience with multi-axis milling is advantageous.
• Familiar with tooling offsets and first-off inspection.

Responsibilities

• Set and operate CNC milling machines to produce precision components.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and work to tight tolerances.
• Set tooling, offsets and fixtures, making adjustments where required.
• Carry out first-off and in-process quality inspections.
• Monitor machine performance and ensure production targets are achieved.
• Maintain a safe and organised working environment.
