Job summary

Dropp.UK in Havant, Hampshire, is seeking an Experienced CNC Miller to program, setter and operate Hurco VM2 and Hurco 60 machines to produce precision components.

You will read technical drawings, use inspection equipment, and record manufacturing times in the ERP system, collaborating with the workshop and engineering teams.

The role offers 40 hours a week, on-site, with £20.50 per hour and 1.5x overtime, plus extensive benefits including holidays, parking and a dedicated mentoring programme.

Qualifications

• 5+ years CNC milling experience required.
• Manual milling experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to read technical drawings.
• Able to use inspection equipment and perform measurements accurately.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret engineering drawings to required specs.
