Job summary

Quest Technical Ltd in Scotland invites applications for a CNC Miller Programmer to join our client’s engineering team. The role focuses on programming, setting and operating CNC mills, with emphasis on Haidenhain controls and producing precision components.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years experience as a CNC Miller, proven ability to write programs from scratch, read technical drawings, and contribute to bespoke projects.

Qualifications

• Must have over 4 years working experience as a CNC Miller.
• Over 4 years experience writing programs from scratch.
• Ability to set and operate lathes.
• Must have experience of Haidenhain control.
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• A setter operator with over 8 years expereince and ability to edit programs will be considered.

CNC Miller Programmer

Our client is a manufacture and supplier of major ESP provider’s completion equipment product line, and provide the engineering design services to support them for bespoke projects. In addition to this they have our own established product line for other customers. We are recruiting for CNC Miller Programmer.

Key requirements of the CNC Miller Programmer:

• Must have over 4 years working experience as a CNC Miller
• Over 4 years experience writing programs from scratch
• Ability to set and operate lathes
• Must have experience of Haidenhain control
• Ability to read technical drawings
• A setter operator with over 8 years expereince and ability to edit programs will be considered
