Euro Projects Recruitment - Engineering, Manufacturing & Technology is recruiting a CNC Miller for an established precision engineering company that manufactures high‑value aerospace components.

You will set up and operate recently purchased CNC milling machinery, work to tight tolerances, and perform self‑inspection using micrometres. The role offers a generous shift premium and overtime opportunities, with a commutable location from Mansfield.

• Experienced CNC Miller with setting/operating experience.
• Knowledge of Fanuc controls preferred.
• Able to self-inspect parts using micrometres.

Job description

• Rotational days and nights pattern that sees you work just 14 shifts every 4 week period.
• Lots of down town between shifts if you have the flexibility to work a mixed pattern.
• Excellent shift premium of 40% on top of base rate

We are recruiting for a CNC Miller to join a rapidly expanding, established manufacturer that make special purpose components used within the aerospace sector.

Salary: £17.00 to £19.50 per hour base as a guide + Shift Premium. Total hourly rate therefore c£23.80 to £27.00 as a guideline. Additional overtime available too.

Additional details around shift pattern:

• Thursday night Sunday night
• Off Monday and Tuesday
• Off Saturday and Sunday
• Off Thursday and Friday
• Saturday day Tuesday day
• Off for eight days and then repeat.

The CNC Miller job would suit:

• An experienced CNC Miller with some operating / setting experience.
• Any wider experience using lathes / mill turns can also be considered.
• A CNC Machinist with knowledge of Fanuc controls.
• Comfortable with self-inspection of parts, using micrometres etc.
