You will set up and run mills on precision parts, with a 4-day week and the option for unlimited overtime. You will join a high-precision manufacturer supplying UK industries. We welcome candidates who are able to commute to Exeter and who take pride in producing high-quality components

Qualifications

• Experience as CNC Setter/Operator on mills.
• Willing to work 4-day weeks and day shifts.
• Must be commutable to Exeter.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate mills to production specs.
• Assist with training on CAD/CAM programming.
• Maintain high accuracy on precision parts.
• Support a 4-day workweek structure.
