Job summary

T&K Associates in Coalville is recruiting a CNC Miller for a Global client. You will set and operate CNC milling machines including Heidenhain, Siemens and Accurite, with training available depending on experience.

This permanent role offers long-term stability, ongoing investment and a supportive environment with excellent employee benefits, 40 hours per week, with an early finish on Fridays. A comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in CNC milling essential with ability to read precision tolerances.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and proactive approach.
• Ability to manufacture complex components using 3-axis machining.
• Good communication and teamwork in a shop floor setting.
• High level of organisation and reliability.
