Job summary

Motion Applied in the UK is seeking a Mechanical Workshop CNC Machinist Miller to program, set and operate Mazak CNC mills (3 and 5 axis).

You will produce high quality parts, manage workload, inspect your work and support continuous improvement within a high-technology environment.

A background in CNC, Mazatrol controls, and familiarity with Solid Edge or Fusion 360 is preferred; apprenticeship or time-served candidates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Proven CNC operation and programming experience.
• Knowledge of Mazatrol controls (in house training supported on machines).
• Solid Edge or Fusion 360 experience preferred.
• Understanding of ISO 9001 / 14001 and safety guidelines.
• On-the-job training and apprenticeship background.
