Job summary

Streamline Search is assisting a specialist engineering and manufacturing business in recruiting an experienced CNC Milling Machinist to focus on milling precision components. The role involves programming, setting up, and operating CNC mills with accuracy, reading technical drawings, and contributing to ongoing improvements.

Candidates should have 5+ years of CNC milling experience (Hurco a plus), strong numeracy and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently on a 40-hour

• Experience with CNC or manual lathes is advantageous.

CNC Machinist Required!

Our client is a specialist engineering and manufacturing business supplying precision components to various industries.

On behalf of our client, we are looking to recruit an experienced CNC Milling Machinist. The successful candidate will focus on milling precision components.

Package:

• £17-£18 per hour (dependent on experience)
• 1.5x for overtime
• 20 days' holiday plus bank holidays & birthday off
• Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week & flexitime options

CNC Machinist - Responsibilities:

• Program, set up, and operate CNC mills with precision and care
• Operate manual mills as required
• Use inspection and measurement equipment to verify components
• Read and interpret technical drawings accurately
• Apply strong mathematical skills for measurements and calculations
