Job Profile

As a CNC Miller Programmer Setter Operator, you will work on advanced machine tools with a team of engineers, producing high-tolerance small batches of parts/components.

Duties:

• Programming, setting, and operating CNC Milling machines with Mazatrol controls (training provided if needed)
• Producing components from engineering drawings, batch sizes from 1 to 100
• Machining to a tolerance of +/-0.01mm from materials like Brass, Aluminium, Stainless Steel, and Inconel

Skills:

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and produce programs from scratch
• Experience with CNC Machining Centres, preferably Mazak with Mazatrol controls
• CADCAM programming experience is a plus but not essential
• Subcontract machine shop background is advantageous

Hours:

• Day and Night shifts available
• 39 hours per week
• Day Shift: 7am-4pm Mon-Thu, 7am-12pm Fri
• Night Shift: 4pm-2am Mon-Thu (+25% shift premium)
• Overtime available (up to 15 hrs/week) paid at 1.5x
