Job summary

Euro-projects Recruitment Ltd is partnering with a precision engineering business to recruit an experienced CNC Miller. You will primarily program, set and operate milling machines, with some turning, producing small batches from aluminum and stainless steel.

You should be proficient with Fanuc or Siemens controls and online programming. The role is on-site in Coalville, with a 40-hour week, flexible start times, overtime at time-and-a-half, 32–36 days holiday, and a strong focus on staff

CNC Miller

We are working in partnership with an engineering business with a strong reputation within their market. As a CNC Miller, you will primarily be responsible for the programming, setting, and operating of milling machines (with some occasional turning, but milling is the priority). The business typically manufactures smaller batches of components using mostly aluminum and stainless steel.

Preferably you will come from a CNC milling background and be comfortable programming and using Fanuc / Siemens controlled machines. CNC programming is done online.

Salary: £19.00 to £20.00 per hour as a guide.

Hours: 40 hour week with flexible start / finish time. 32 days holiday including banks which rises by an additional day each year up to 36 days. Optional overtime available at x1.5 hourly rate. Additional bonuses paid. Health and well being cover.

• Fanuc / Siemens programming, primarily working with CNC milling machines initially.

• Working from a range of engineering drawings, occasionally communicating with the customers on projects too.
