My client, a specialist precision engineering company, is looking for a skilled CNC Miller to join their growing team in Banbury. The role covers set up, operation and programming of CNC machines, with both online and offline programming training available.

Salary ranges from £30,000 to £40,000 with overtime for candidates who meet the qualifications. Training in injection mould machining will help you expand your skill set and grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as CNC Miller.
• Skilled in setting and operating mills.
• Strong understanding of machining processes and precision work.
• Able to read engineering drawings and use measuring equipment.
• Engineering qualification desirable.
• Willing to learn injection mould process.
• Competent in online or offline programming.
• Basic understanding of injection mould machining; training provided if needed.

The Candidate

Proven experience as a CNC Miller.

Skilled in setting and operating mills

Strong understanding of machining processes and precision work.

Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring equipment.

An engineering qualification would be desirable

Willing to learn the injection mould process

Competency in either online or offline programming

Basic understanding of injection mould machining (training will be provided if not).

The salary offered for this position is £30,000- £40,000 plus overtime for a candidate who can meet all key qualifications and abilities.
