Job summary

Morson Edge seeks a hands-on CNC Mechanic for Lillie Bridge Depot, Hammersmith. Maintain, service and repair CNC machinery in a busy manufacturing environment to keep plant operational through planned and reactive maintenance.

Diagnose electrical/mechanical faults, work with hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and support production with reliable uptime. Experience with Heidenhain and Fanuc, three-phase power and PLCs is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining, servicing and repairing CNC machinery in busy manufacturing environments.
• Strong electrical fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems and their schematics.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on CNC machinery and heavy plant.
• Diagnose and rectify electrical and mechanical faults to minimise downtime.
• Maintain and troubleshoot CNC machinery and control systems.
