Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a CNC Setter/Operator for a days-based, local role in Woking. You will run both a Mill and a Lathe, doing setting and operating, with training provided to support programming.

The role offers a clear daytime pattern, optional overtime at enhanced rates, a quarterly attendance bonus, and a path to upskill through training while joining a supportive team of engineers in a long-standing manufacturer.

Formación

• Experience setting and operating Mills and Lathes.
• Willingness to learn programming with training provided.
• Commutable to Woking.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and operate Mills and Lathes.
• Undertake programming (training provided).
• Follow schedules with flexible start/finish times.
• Overtime available at 1.5x pay.
