Job description

Our Client is a leading supplier of Precision Tooling

Working Hours ( 37 Hours plus overtime when available)

Mon-Thurs 0730 - 3.30pm / Fri 0730 - 3pm ( Great for the School run / collection )

Pay rate - Up to 19 pr/hr

CNC Machinist / Time Served Toolmaker

SKILLS

• Turning, Milling and Grinding
• Fanuc & Heidenhain controls
• Self-inspect tools to drawings prior to final inspection
• De-burr tools to remove sharp edges
• Recording of work information/data to help monitor costing and efficiency
• Multi-man between machines
• Ensure traceability is always maintained on the appropriate Tools, Materials & Paperwork
• Maintenance on machine i.e., remove swarf, check safety features, keep oil and coolant topped up
• Comply with health & safety requirements to perform job safely and complete training as necessary
