Are you a CNC Machinist or similar, looking for full training to build a career in the creative world of sign making?

Our client is a long-established, family-run business with over 50 years of experience in the signage industry. Known for delivering high-quality, creative solutions across a wide range of sectors, they combine traditional craftsmanship with modern techniques like CAD modelling, metal casting, and illuminated lettering. With a strong reputation and a varied project base-from vehicle livery to architectural signage-this is a great opportunity for a sign maker to build their skills in a supportive, hands-on environment.

In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for operating CNC router machinery to produce high-quality signage components, assembling various types of signs, applying vinyl graphics, and assisting with vehicle livery installs. You'll also support with installations at client sites, both locally and further afield. Full training will be provided on our equipment, processes and materials, with ongoing support from experienced colleagues.

The Role:
Operate CNC router machines to produce signage components
Assemble and finish a variety of signs (tray signs, panels, cut lettering etc.)
Apply vinyl graphics and install vehicle liveries
Assist with on-site signage installations and graphics application
Carry out deliveries using company vehicles
Occasional overnight stays required for installation work

The Person:
CNC Machinist or similar
Additional skills in signage, installation, carpentry/joinery or fabrication would be beneficial
Full UK driving licence
