Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a CNC Machinist (Programming / Setting) in Gloucester. The role focuses on programming Fanuc controlled lathes and setting, with some operation responsibilities.

You'll enjoy a Monday to Friday days-based pattern, early finish on Fridays, and the option to increase earnings via overtime within a stable precision engineering environment. You'll join a long-standing company supplying key metal components to Marine, Oil & Gas, and other sectors.

Are you a CNC Turner with Fanuc programming experience looking for Monday-to-Friday days, an early finish on Fridays and the option to boost your earnings with overtime, whilst enjoying a strong work-life balance with a stable precision engineering company?

This leading precision machining company manufactures key metal components to mainly Marine / Oil and Gas companies however will supply to any industry. After 61 years they are still growing and are looking for a CNC Programmer to join their tight-knit workshop.

In this role you will be responsible for Programming and Setting Fanuc controlled lathes within their workshop. There is also an element of operating however your main duty will be programming lathes. This offers a great work life balance Monday – Thursday (7am-16pm and a 12pm finish on Fridays.

This role would suit a CNC Programmer with experience setting Fanuc controlled lathes looking to work on more exciting precision components within a tight-knit workshop environment.

The Role:

• Programme and set Fanuc controlled lathes
