Job summary

Tees Components, a precision mechanical engineering firm, is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to set, program and operate milling or turning machines. You will produce precision components per drawings and specifications while maintaining strict quality standards.

The role offers opportunities to learn within a growing six-acre site and modern machine shop. Candidates should have a vocational machining qualification and a proactive, safety-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Ability to set, program, and operate CNC machine tools (millers, horizontal or vertical borers, lathes)
• Demonstrated experience in Milling and/or Turning, including reading technical drawings and working to tight tolerances.
• Knowledge of Quality Control practices, including inspection of components and use of measuring tools.
• Relevant vocational qualification or apprenticeship in machining, engineering, or a closely related field.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to safe working practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively on-site, manage time effectively, and adapt to shifting priorities and project requirements.
