Job summary

MNB Precision Ltd is recruiting for a CNC Setter on the night shift in Coventry. You'll set and run CNC machines to produce complex, high-spec components, working from drawings and tolerances.

The role is full-time, 40 hours weekly, with a permanent contract and a night shift premium. You'll handle machines up to 7 metres long and 800 mm diameter, using Fanuc, Mazatrol or Heidenhain controls, and contribute to quality through inspection and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as CNC Machinist/Setter in precision manufacturing.
• Experience with Fanuc, Mazatrol and Heidenhain controls.
• Experience machining large components up to 7 m length and 800 mm diameter.
• Ability to read drawings and GD&T symbols.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Reliable, team-focused approach.

Responsibilities

Coventry

Night Shift: 18:00pm - 04:30am Mon - Thurs + Overtime

Hours: 40 hours per week, full time

Permanent position

£24.00 - £28.00 per hour including shift allowance

The CNC Setter Role:

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist/Setter within a precision manufacturing business
• Experience with Fanuc/Mazatrol/Heidenhain controls
• Experience machining large components (we have anything up to 7 metres in length x 800mm diameter)
• Experience working with exotic materials including Inconel or Duplex is required for the CNC Setter role.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings as well as GD&T symbols.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality
• A reliable, team-focused approach is required for the CNC Setter role.
