Job summary

Impact Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced CNC Machinist in Kettering to join a skilled workshop team on a permanent basis. You will set, operate and program 5-axis CNC machinery from technical drawings, using CAD/CAM software to support programming and production, ensuring components meet exacting specifications.

Hours are Mon-Fri, 8am-4:30pm with overtime paid at 1.5x. The role requires a strong focus on precision, accuracy and quality in bespoke, high-quality product manufacture.

Qualifications

• Experience operating 5-axis CNC machinery and producing high-precision parts.
• Ability to read technical drawings and manufacturing specifications accurately.
• Proven track record of maintaining tight tolerances and quality.

Impact Recruitment are working with a client to recruit an experienced CNC Machinist to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CNC professional to join a skilled workshop team within a growing business, working on bespoke, high-quality products where precision, accuracy and attention to detail are essential.

Role Purpose:

As a CNC Machinist, you'll be responsible for setting, operating and programming 5-axis CNC machinery to manufacture components accurately and efficiently. You'll work from technical drawings and designs, use CAD/CAM software to support programming and production, and ensure finished components meet the required quality and specification.

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm

Location: Kettering

Salary: £15.00-£18.00 per hour depending on experience

Overtime: Paid at 1.5x
