We are currently looking to recruit on behalf of our client, an experienced CNC Machinist to join their existing team on a permanent basis.

Job Purpose

• Generate cutting toolpaths using Autodesk Powermill or Fusion in order to manufacture parts on the companies CNC milling machines.
  
  

Key Duties And Responsibilities

• Creating and modifying toolpaths using CAM software programs for machining operations This may often require generating paths for multiple machines at the same time.
• Generate cut sheets for machine operators to safely follow
• Addressing programming issues and making adjustments to programs & strategies during production.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings.
• Cooperate with other departments as necessary to understand the specific requirements of parts
• Manage workload to efficiently meet daily deadlines and customer deliveries
