The Role:
We’re seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join our growing team. You will operate CNC machines to produce precision parts, contributing to the delivery of high-quality components for specialist sectors.

Key Duties:

• Operating and setting up CNC machines (mills/lathes)

• Working from detailed engineering drawings

• Conducting in-process inspections using precision measuring equipment

• Performing routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting

• Ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience as a CNC Machinist in a production or engineering environment

• Ability to read and understand technical drawings

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality

• Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team

Desirable:

• Time-served apprenticeship or equivalent qualification

• Experience operating CNC and manual lathes

• Familiarity with stainless steel, aluminium, and nickel alloys

• Background in regulated industries such as nuclear or pharmaceutical
