Job summary

R.N.R Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Production Operative for a permanent role in Northampton. The candidate will work with CAD cutting tables (preferably ZUND) and CNC/woodworking machinery, following technical drawings to produce high-quality components.

This role offers progression through gaining broader knowledge of the production line and the business, with a strong emphasis on learning and maintaining safety and quality standards in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months' relevant production or manufacturing experience.
• Experience operating CAD tables, ideally ZUND.
• Experience with CNC or woodworking machinery.
• HOMAG experience would be advantageous.
• Good attention to detail and quality focus.
• Able to follow technical instructions and production specifications.
• Reliable, hardworking and willing to learn.
• Comfortable in a busy production environment.

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £30,000 £33,000 per annum, depending on experience

Our client, based in Northampton (NN4), is looking for an experienced Production Operative to join their growing team on a permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in production, woodworking or manufacturing who is looking to develop their technical skills and progress within a successful business.

The successful candidate will have experience working with CAD tables, ideally ZUND, as well as CNC and other woodworking machinery. Experience with HOMAG machinery would be a strong advantage.

Salary & Overtime

• £30,000 £33,000 per annum, depending on experience.
• Overtime paid at 1.25x hourly rate for the first 7.5 hours.
• Overtime paid at 1.5x hourly rate after 7.5 hours.
• 2x hourly rate on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
