Job summary

Hyde Group in Stalybridge is seeking a CNC Machinist to join our high‑precision manufacturing site. You will work with Heidenhain control systems, setting and proving out new jobs and tooling setups to deliver right-first-time parts.

The successful candidate is a time-served apprentice with a recognised qualification such as BTEC or City & Guilds, and you will benefit from an award‑winning benefits package, generous holiday entitlement and clear career development paths.

About you

As a CNC Machinist, you will have strong experience working with Heidenhain control systems, along with the ability to set and prove out new jobs and tooling set‑ups.

You will ideally be a time-served apprentice with a recognised qualification, such as BTEC or City & Guilds.

Overtime Pay

You ll have the opportunity to earn uncapped overtime, paid at time-and-a-half, with double time available where applicable.
