Job summary

Workshop Recruitment is seeking a CNC Machinist in Liss to operate turning and milling machines, set programmes, fixtures and tooling, and develop new programmes with SolidWorks and CAM.

The role runs Monday to Friday, with a 7:00am–4:00pm schedule, offering competitive pay (£18–£21ph) and a permanent contract. You’ll contribute to quality processes, tooling improvements and smoother production flow.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ CNC machining experience.
• Essential experience with Haas, Heidenhain, SolidWorks and CAM.
• Experience machining castings and forgings is highly desirable.
• Ability to self-manage, prioritise work and solve problems effectively.
