Position: CNC Machinist

Location: Brackley site

This role involves working on a day shift, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. We provide competitive pay, a company pension, 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, private healthcare, and overtime opportunities during peak periods.

Role Responsibilities

• Set up and operate 5-axis CNC machines, including 2 CMS ARES and 1 CMS Antares.
• Work from setup sheets generated from Powermill and download relevant programs.
• Machine patterns, molds, and components for carbon fibre parts.
• Handle a variety of parts and materials, maintaining high accuracy and meeting tight deadlines with minimal supervision.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in machining, preferably with CMS Fanuc controls.
• Ability to work accurately under deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Recognition of apprenticeship and a BTEC qualification (or equivalent) would be advantageous.
