We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join our team at Crosby Composites, a leading manufacturer of carbon fibre components for high-end automotive and Formula 1 industries. Established in 1982, we hold IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 9001:2015 certifications, supporting our commitment to industry standards.

Position Details:

• Location: Brackley site
• Shift: Twilight, Monday to Friday, 8am-4:30pm

Responsibilities include:

1. Setting up and operating 5-axis CNC machines (CMS ARES and Antares)
2. Machining patterns, moulds, and components for carbon fibre parts
3. Working with high precision and meeting tight deadlines
4. Using set-up sheets generated from Powermill and downloading programs

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience with CNC machining, ideally with CMS Fanuc controls
• Ability to work independently with high accuracy
• Recognized apprenticeship or equivalent qualification such as BTEC is advantageous
