Job summary

Redline UK in Basildon, Essex, is seeking a CNC Machinist to join an innovative engineering team. The role focuses on manufacture, machining and assembly of precision-engineered components, with development across CNC and manual processes and training in programming and CAM.

You will set and operate CNC machines (Heidenhain TNC 620 and Siemens 840), perform basic programming where possible, and contribute to quality standards while developing fitting, grinding and CAM skills through on-the-job

Qualifications

• Experience setting CNC machinery.
• Familiarity with Heidenhain or Siemens controls.
• Basic CNC programming knowledge would be advantageous.
• Mechanical fitting or assembly experience.
• Manual milling, grinding or CAM experience would be beneficial.

The CNC Machinist, Basildon, Essex, will be expected to develop your machining skills across CNC and manual processes, with training available in programming, CAM and other areas.
