Job summary

Qualifications

• Machining/manufacturing background is required.
• Experience with CNC machining and manufacturing processes.
• Strong scheduling and prioritisation skills; good quality control understanding.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of day-to-day production priorities to keep machining on track.
• Monitor workloads and adjust plans to maintain smooth flow.
• Optimize use of people, machinery and resources in the Machine Shop.
• Coordinate works orders, materials and production schedules for a seamless workflow.
• Collaborate with the Production Manager to uphold quality and delivery standards.
• Help progress jobs through the Machine Shop and resolve issues promptly.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
