Zusammenfassung

Partnership Recruiting is seeking an experienced CNC Laser Programmer to support manufacturing operations in a precision environment. You will prepare and optimise CNC programmes from engineering drawings and digital design files, using CAD/CAM software to create machine-ready cutting programs.

The ideal candidate will read engineering drawings, interpret specifications, and develop efficient nesting layouts to reduce waste, while ensuring quality and on-time production.

Qualifikationen

Experience with CNC programming in a manufacturing/engineering environment.
Experience with CNC laser cutting technology.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Familiarity with nesting software and material optimisation techniques.
Proficient with CAD/CAM systems and computer-based design files.
Strong attention to detail and methodical problem-solving approach.

Aufgaben

Prepare CNC programmes from drawings, specifications and digital design files.
Use CAD/CAM software to create accurate, machine-ready cutting programmes.
Develop nesting layouts to support productivity and minimise waste.
Check and verify programmes before releasing to production.
Collaborate with production to ensure programmes meet manufacturing requirements.
Review, amend and optimise existing programmes as required.
Ensure work is completed accurately and aligns with quality and schedules.
Identify opportunities to improve programming efficiency and material utilisation.
