Job Title: CNC Grinder

Location: Aylesbury

Shift: Days

Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum

Company Overview:

An international manufacturer of injection moulding tools is looking for an experienced CNC Grinder to join a growing team. This position has become available due to ongoing business and contract growth.

The Toolmaker Role and Responsibilities:

• Use of CNC Grinding (Surface and Cylindrical) machines to work on tooling projects
• Manufacture of injection mould tooling
• Set and operate various CNC machines working on a range of projects
• Perform quality checks and ensure work adheres to project requirements

Previous Experience:

• Experience in manufacturing precision engineering components for moulds and tooling
• Ability to read and interpret detailed engineering drawings
• Experience in a similar CNC grinding position (Jones and Shipman experience is desirable)
• Ability to work to tight tolerances and high standards of quality
• Previous experience in a precision tooling environment
• Experience with CAD/CAM programming is a plus
