DANOBATGROUP is seeking a field-based CNC service engineer to install, service and repair CNC machines across the UK and Ireland. You will diagnose faults, liaise with the Service Desk, and ensure safety policies are followed on site.

You will travel to customer sites, complete service checks, and maintain thorough documentation. A team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills is essential.

Competenze

• Excellent customer service, communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to fault find, diagnose and correct errors on CNC machine tools.
• Ability to install, service and repair CNC machines and equipment.

Mansioni

• To communicate positively and efficiently with the Service Desk at all times.
• To visit customer sites to diagnose, install, service and repair machines.
• Liaise with customers and notify the Service Desk when job is complete.
• Follow health and safety policies and comply with RAMS and PPE requirements.
