Job summary

White Recruitment is seeking a CNC Service Engineer to join their field service team. The role involves maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing CNC machines at customer sites across the UK.

You will work independently in the field and with internal engineers, carrying out scheduled maintenance, diagnosing faults, and providing professional technical support to minimise downtime. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Engineering background in mechanical or electrical disciplines.
• Hands-on CNC machine tools experience essential.
• Strong fault-finding across mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid UK driving licence required.
• Self-motivated and able to manage workload.

Responsibilities

• Carry out scheduled maintenance of CNC machines.
• Visit customer sites to diagnose faults and perform repairs.
• Provide timely technical support to minimise downtime.
