CNC 5 Axis Miller

Nr Bicester

Negotiable Depending on Experience

Our client is looking for a CNC 5-Axis Miller to join their growing team!

CNC 5 Axis Miller Roles and Responsibilities:

• Set, operate and programme 5-Axis CNC Milling machines
• Manufacture components in line with customer drawings
• Carry out manual inspections of components
• Maintain documentation and workplace procedures

The ideal CNC 5 Axis Miller will:

• Be able to competently set and operate CNC Mills
• Proficient in Heidenhain machine controls
• Experience programming with Hypermill (Training provided)
• Will have the ability to work on more than one machine
• Have previously manufactured precision components
• Experience working with aerospace alloys, stainless steel, titanium
• Ideally be apprenticeship trained (beneficial)

Working Hours + Benefits:

• 38 hours per week (anytime between 7-5.30, flexible hours)
• Generally 5-7 hours’ overtime available each week
• 20 days holiday, increasing to 25 days after one year’s service (plus bank holidays)
