Job Title: 5-Axis CNC Miller Programmer
Location: Bracknell
Rate: Circa £22.00 per hour (DOE)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 16:30
Overtime: Paid at 1.3x up to 10hrs, 1.5x thereafter

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced 5-Axis CNC Programmer to join a well-established precision engineering company based in Bracknell. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in programming using Mastercam (preferred) and experience working on DMG Mori machines with G-Code controls.

This is a days-based role offering excellent earning potential through regular overtime and long-term stability within a friendly, skilled team.

Key Responsibilities:
⦁ Offline programming of 5-axis CNC machines using Mastercam (or similar CAD/CAM software)
⦁ Setting and operating DMG Mori machining centres
⦁ Writing and editing G-Code programs as required
⦁ Reading and interpreting technical drawings and CAD models
⦁ Ensuring high levels of quality and precision on all components
⦁ Supporting production with continuous improvement and problem solving
⦁ Maintaining a safe and clean working environment

Requirements:
⦁ Proven experience programming 5-axis CNC machines (Mastercam preferred)
⦁ Proficient in G-Code and confident working on DMG Mori equipment
⦁ Strong understanding of engineering drawings, tolerances, and machining processes
⦁ Able to work independently and as part of a small team
⦁ Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
