Job summary

Cammach is recruiting for a CMMS Engineer to join the client’s Aberdeen team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role focuses on managing, maintaining, and improving maintenance master data within SAP PM to support maintenance, operations, and projects.

You will ensure data quality and governance, drive data improvement initiatives, and assist with maintenance planning, scheduling, and performance measurement across the facility. Strong Excel and data analysis skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a maintenance function in Oil & Gas.
• Experience managing SAP PM master data (asset registers, maintenance plans, task lists, BOMs).
• Strong understanding of maintenance management, planning, scheduling and KPIs.
• Proven data management and analytical skills, with advanced Excel usage.
• Excellent communications and ability to collaborate across disciplines.

Responsibilities

Cammach are currently recruiting for a CMMS Engineer to join our client’s team in Aberdeen, with an immediate start available. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract opportunity.

ROLE

To manage, maintain, and continuously improving maintenance master data within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (SAP). The role supports maintenance, operations, engineering, and project teams by ensuring data quality, compliance with maintenance processes, and effective system utilization. The position also contributes to data improvement initiatives and supports the delivery of maintenance excellence across the facility.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and update maintenance master data within SAP PM, including:
  • Asset registers
  • Maintenance plans
  • Maintenance items
  • Task lists
  • Bills of Materials (BOMs)
• Process and implement master data change requests in accordance with site requirements, data standards, governance processes, and approved procedures.
• Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of maintenance master data to support effective maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience within a maintenance function in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing SAP PM master data, including:
  • Asset registers
  • Maintenance plans
  • Task lists
  • Bills of Materials (BOMs)
• Strong understanding of maintenance management principles and processes, including planning, scheduling, and maintenance performance measurement.
• Demonstrated experience working with maintenance KPIs and supporting performance improvement initiatives.
• Proven data management and analytical skills, including advanced use of Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across multiple disciplines.
