As a CMM Quality Inspector, you will play a vital role in ensuring quality and compliance by:

Conducting precision measurements using CMM and various inspection tools
Interpreting engineering drawings and specifications to confirm product compliance
Carrying out first-off, in-process, and final inspections
Documenting inspection results and maintaining accurate quality records
Assisting in root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues
Collaborating with production and engineering teams to enhance quality processes
Ensuring adherence to ISO and other quality management systemsEssential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
We are looking for candidates who possess:

Previous experience as a Quality Inspector, ideally in a precision engineering environment
Proficiency in operating and programming CMM equipment
A strong understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
The ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings
Experience using manual inspection tools such as micrometres, verniers, and gauges
Knowledge of quality standards, particularly ISO 9001
Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilitiesTechnologies:
