Job summary

Alloyed Limited is a forward-thinking, venture-funded company developing advanced metal components with a strong metrology focus. We seek a seasoned CMM Programmer to craft precise CMM programmes, improve processes, and support product development.

You’ll work with a metrology team under the Metrology Manager in Abingdon, with training provided as needed. You will collaborate closely with engineering and operations, applying your detailed knowledge of CMM systems and GD&T to ensure traceable,

Qualifications

Experience in CMM programming using Hexagon / PC-DIMIS, Renishaw Agility / Modus.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings / GD&T.
Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals.
Organised and able to work independently, but also to collaborate with a diverse, fast-moving team.
Hands-on attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
High level of attention to detail and robust metrology processes.
Experience working in high-accuracy engineering environment.

Responsibilities

Programming and operation of CMM Metrology equipment - Hexagon / PC-DIMIS. Renishaw Agility / Modus.
CMM process development and improvement.
Support project teams throughout product development.
Support and organise tool calibration to retain traceability & Maintain accurate logs of measured parts.
Share knowledge with metrology team to enhance overall team capabilities.
