Job summary

Expleo are currently recruiting a CMM Programmer to support production and assembly activities from concept through to production, with a clear understanding of structure, tooling, and process interaction.

You will work on the client site reporting to the Programme Delivery Leader and contribute to on-time delivery while upholding Quality Assurance requirements.

The role requires proactive teamwork, good communication, and experience with Catia v5, MS Office, and measuring equipment.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree, or equivalent, with practical engineering and manufacturing knowledge.
• Experience in CMM programming and dimensional measurement desirable.
• Proactive team player who delivers with quality and meets targets.

Responsibilities

• Compile and update CMM programmes for multi-sized components using Catia v5 and client IT.
• Create prove-out sheets and support Try-outs of new programs.
• Interpret customer specs and engineering drawings and drive process improvements.
• Update and optimise CMM programs and assist production process engineering.
• Interface with operations and external stakeholders to meet delivery dates and quality.
