What You Will Do:

1. Perform precise measurements using the Mitutoyo Crysta-Apex 9106 CMM.
2. Generate detailed inspection reports using Mitutoyo's MCOSMOS V4.2 software.
3. Conduct inspections of manufactured parts to ensure compliance with specified tolerances and customer requirements.
4. Set up new jobs on the CMM, ensuring correct fixture alignment and program selection.
5. Produce and analyse inspection reports, providing data-driven insights to support quality control.
6. Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to resolve measurement discrepancies and improve manufacturing processes.

What You Will Bring:

1. Proven experience operating CMM machines, particularly Mitutoyo Crysta-Apex 9106.
2. Proficiency in Mitutoyo MCOSMOS V4.2 software for measurement and reporting.
3. Strong understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
4. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering blueprints.
5. High level of attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and reporting.
