Job summary

Tiro Contracts - Contract & Interim Solutions is seeking an experienced Lead CMF (Colour, Materials & Finishes) Designer to join a dynamic design team. In this role, you will lead the development of innovative design proposals and collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to deliver high-quality design solutions.

The position offers a hybrid work model requiring 3 days onsite per week, with a focus on creativity and sustainability. A degree in design or equivalent experience is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience within a CMF design role, ideally within automotive.
• Experience leading or managing design projects.
• Familiarity with 3D CAD tools and their applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of CMF design proposals from concept to production.
• Deliver innovative design solutions aligned to brand and product strategy.
• Present design concepts to senior stakeholders.
