Job summary

Expedia Group is seeking a hands‑on senior leader to define and own the CMDB/AMDB/xMDB architecture, migrating to a coherent, trusted platform across the enterprise. You will shape models, data quality, and integrations to support incident, change, and resilience workflows.

The ideal candidate has deep experience with Jira Service Management, service modeling, and data governance, leading cross‑domain teams in a large, scale‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical field.
• Senior individual contributor with technical leadership and team‑level management experience.

Responsibilities

• Define target AMDB/xMDB architecture and lead its enterprise migration.
• Own long‑term CMDB/AMDB/xMDB roadmap, service modeling, data quality, and integrations.
• Lead CI and service model creation, onboarding patterns, and governance.
• Coordinate with management and product to align migration with wellbeing and platform maintenance.
• Ensure AMDB/xMDB adoption by service owners and operations teams.
