Job summary

The Royal Horseguards in London is seeking a Cluster Sales Executive for Groups & M&E to be the key contact for clients, promoting our meeting and event spaces and ensuring flawless execution. You will build lasting connections with guests and coordinate detail-rich events across venues.

The ideal candidate combines guest-focused service, front-line confidence, and excellent communication. Experience in Meetings & Events and Group business, plus strong commercial awareness, will help

The hotel has 282 bedrooms, restaurant, bar and terrace area as well as exceptional banqueting facilities at one of London's most prestigious conference and banqueting venues, One Whitehall Place.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Cluster Sales Executive for Groups & M&E, you will be the key point of contact for clients, promoting our versatile meeting and event spaces and ensuring every detail is in place for seamless event execution. You will take pride in your role, meeting guests’ needs and exceeding expectations while building authentic, lasting connections. This customer-facing role requires exceptional interpersonal skills and a real passion for service. Your ability to communicate clearly and naturally, both on the phone and in person, will set a welcoming tone for every interaction. Additionally, your organizational expertise and commercial awareness will be key in coordinating high-quality events that embody our brand values and provide extraordinary guest experiences.
