The Derby London City and Lost Property St. Paul’s are seeking a Cluster Reservations Manager to lead reservations for two Curio Collection by Hilton properties in London.

You will oversee bookings, group enquiries, VIP requests and collaboration with Revenue, Sales and Front Office to maximise occupancy and guest satisfaction. Reporting to the Cluster Director of Revenue, you will develop the Reservations team, monitor performance, and ensure accurate data across PMS, CRS and OTA platforms to

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead Reservations teams across multiple properties.
• Strong understanding of how reservations contribute to occupancy, ADR and RevPAR.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with Revenue, Sales and Front Office teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead, support and develop the Reservations team across both hotels.
• Oversee day-to-day Reservations operations and bookings management.
• Coach team members through feedback, training and performance reviews.
• Support pricing strategies, inventory controls and revenue optimisation.
