Dignity Funeral Directors is looking for a Cluster Manager to oversee 16 funeral homes across South West London and Surrey, covering multiple sites with regular travel.
You will lead Funeral Directors and Senior Funeral Directors, driving operational excellence, customer care and local market growth. The role demands a proven ability to manage multiple branches and deliver revenue targets.

Location: South West London and Surrey. You’ll cover 16 funeral homes across five local business groups – Kingston, Wimbledon, Morden, Epsom and Hampton Hill – with regular travel between sites.
Job Type: Full-Time, permanent
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 per annum + £4500 car allowance + up to 10% annual bonus

As Cluster Manager, you’ll lead our South West London funeral homes: 16 branches in Kingston, Surbiton, Chessington, Wimbledon, Raynes Park, New Malden, Morden, Sutton, Worcester Park, Epsom, Walton-on-Thames, Addlestone, Hampton Hill, Teddington and Molesey, carrying out around 1,200 funerals a year. You’ll lead the Funeral Directors and Senior Funeral Directors across the cluster, and through them every colleague in your branches.

Your patch brings together trusted local names that have served their communities for generations, including Frederick W Paine, Ashton Maxwell, F.W. Chitty, Longhurst of Epsom and Walter G. Wortt.

Experience in funeral services or another regulated, care-led sector, funeral plan sales, or an ILM or CMI qualification would be a bonus. You’ll find full details in the job description.
