Currently recruiting a Cluster Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations across two stylish lifestyle hotel properties in London. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on, technically minded leader who thrives in a fast-paced, design-led hospitality environment.

The Role:

You'll oversee all aspects of property maintenance—from preventative planning and compliance to contractor management and emergency response. Leading a small on-site team, you'll ensure high standards are consistently met while driving efficiency and sustainability across both properties.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading and developing a team of engineers/technicians
• Rolling out preventative maintenance programmes using CAFM systems
• Managing PPM, compliance, health & safety and statutory inspections
• Coordinating day-to-day and reactive repairs
• Liaising with hotel leaders to support seamless operations
• Managing external contractors and maintenance budgets
• Promoting sustainability and energy-saving initiatives

What We're Looking For:

• Background in hotel or hospitality maintenance (cluster or multi-site experience a plus)
• Strong technical understanding (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.)
• Skilled at leading teams and managing third-party contractors
• Confident with compliance, audits and health & safety standards
• CAFM/PPM software knowledge
• Calm, solution-focused and guest-minded approach
