Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group is seeking a Cluster Maintenance Assistant for Clayton Hotel City of London and Clayton Hotel London Wall. You will learn through the Dalata Academy, join a friendly team, and have opportunities to progress within the group. The role focuses on keeping hotel maintenance operations safe, efficient, and compliant with high standards.

You will manage daily workloads, perform preventative maintenance across trades, and work with various hotel departments to resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Experience in trades such as painting, plumbing, or construction is desirable.
• Previous hospitality experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily workload effectively responding to reactive maintenance requests.
• Perform maintenance tasks, including preventative routines in mastic, painting, etc.

Your Job

• Manage daily workload effectively responding to reactive maintenance requests.
• Perform maintenance tasks, including preventative routines in mastic, painting etc.
• Investigate and resolve equipment and control system issues.
• Assist Cluster Maintenance Manager resolving defects in hotel systems.
• Collaborate with all hotel departments.
• Ensure maintenance work meets professional and safety standards.
• Comply with health and safety regulations.

What You Will Need

• Previous hospitality experience is preferred.
• Experience in trades such as painting, plumbing, or construction are desirable.
• Self-motivated and able to prioritize tasks.
• Detail-oriented and standards-driven.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility in working hours is required.
• Good command of English
• Flexibiity to work weekends
