United Learning seeks an Estates Manager to ensure buildings and grounds are safe, compliant and well-maintained across its South Yorkshire primary cluster. The post holder will drive maintenance programmes and coordinate contractor performance to deliver value while supporting sustainability initiatives.

• Experience in facilities management for educational settings or similar environments.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations and compliance.
• Ability to coordinate multiple contractors, projects and budgets.
