As a Cluster Accounts Assistant, you’ll be making a significant impact on the business, so we want you to bring your dynamic personality to work every day. Prepare yourself for a busy role! You will support the efficient running of the Finance function while helping to optimise profitability within the business. Working as part of a vibrant team, you’ll be exceeding expectations and resolving queries effectively.

You will support six properties within the cluster, including Leeds, Newcastle, Middlesbrough, Sheffield, Gateshead, with the base property at Leonardo Hotel Bradford. Travel to other properties within the cluster will be required on an ad-hoc basis, including some overnight stays.

If you are our ideal Cluster Accounts Assistant, you will:

• Be yourself!
• Reconcile all banking transactions and record them in the financial system
• Conduct performance reviews of daily revenue processed
• Participate in month-end accounts processes and prepare accurate financial reports
• Support in preparing monthly balance sheet reconciliations and stock valuation at property and cluster levels
• Communicate business performance and opportunities effectively and promptly to all management levels
• Have knowledge of SAP and Opera—training can be provided if needed!
• Have previous experience in a similar role
